Women's March 2019

Three years ago, Donald Trump was inaugurated as the President of the United States and thousands marched worldwide to send an important message to say no to hate and yes to social justice.

In June 2018, Doug Ford and the conservatives were elected and the new Ontario government wants to take equality backwards. As a result, the Ontario Federation of Labour scheduled women’s marches across the province on January 19, 2019. ETFO members mobilized and joined these rallies to tell the Premier: "No - we are not going back!"

Here is an assortment of photos from the Toronto Women's March.
