ETFO is a union 83,000 members strong. It is the largest educator union in Canada, and advocates for its members, negotiates collective agreements at all levels, and provides services including professional development and support for members with questions about their workplaces.
ETFO members work together and with other like-minded organizations to protect the right of all Ontarians to public education. ETFO also works to support the rights of all Ontarians on the intersecting issues that affect education in our province. Every Ontarian must have decent work, fair wages, equality, housing, and dignity.
