ETFO's locals and members have a tremendous impact on students and schools. The Federation provides professional learning/curriculum support, equity training and professional relations services to enhance members' working lives and uphold their collective bargaining rights. Locals are key to maintaining productive relationships between members, school administrators and school boards. ETFO provides training, resources and mentoring to foster strong local leadership and strengthen organizational capabilities.
